Free Resources
Grief doesn’t come with a handbook, but it does teach us that small things can make a big difference. That’s why I created this space—a collection of tools, practices, and gentle reminders to help you navigate the days when everything feels impossible.
These resources are here to hold you, to guide you, and to remind you that even in the darkest moments, there’s a quiet strength within you. Whether it’s finding a moment of calm, a spark of hope, or simply a space to breathe, I hope you’ll find what you need here.

A Gentle Space for Healing
Grief is overwhelming. It can make the simplest moments feel like mountains and the smallest decisions feel impossible.
But even in the midst of this heaviness, there are tools and practices that can help you find your footing again—steps that don’t rush your process but instead honour it with care and compassion.
This space is for you. These resources are here to offer you comfort on the days when the world feels too much, clarity when everything seems foggy, and hope when you need it most. Whether you’re at the beginning of your grief or further along this path, these tools are designed to meet you where you are.
This website is what I wish I had. It is my way of honouring Anna Sophia Rose and creating something that might bring comfort to you, as you walk through your own heartbreak.
You won’t find rigid instructions or timelines here. Instead, you’ll find things that invite you to slow down, connect with yourself, and hold space for everything you’re feeling. There’s no right or wrong way to use these tools. They’re simply here to support you in your own way, in your own time.
Moving forward doesn’t mean leaving the past behind; it means finding a way to carry it with you

There will be days when everything feels impossible, when even the smallest tasks feel like mountains. On those days, let yourself rest. The world doesn’t need you to do everything; it simply needs you to be. Slow down, take a breath, and remind yourself that there is no timeline for healing. You are allowed to take up space in your grief, however you need to.
Moving forward doesn’t mean leaving the past behind; it means finding a way to carry it with you. Take your time. There’s no rush to feel better, no deadline for finding peace. Let yourself move at a pace that feels right—some days that might mean taking bold steps, and other days it might mean simply getting out of bed. Both are valid. Both are enough. Moving forward isn’t about forgetting; it’s about building a life that honors everything you’ve lost and everything you still have.
